Directions:
Leave M5 at exit 27 (Tiverton) and follow dual carriageway to join the A361 North Devon Link Road and head towards Barnstaple.
After travelling 26 miles from the junction 27 turn off.....you will come to a roundabout (with The Northgate Inn on 2nd. left exit)...... turn right onto the A399 ( signed Exmoor, Lynton, Combe Martin, Ilfracombe or at least some of these).
After approximately 11 miles....take the left turn signed Calvert Trust, Loxhore, Wistlandpound Reservoir.
After 1 mile turn left ( just after the carriage driver training road sign ) into Wistlandpound Lake carpark, then left at the bottom of the car park ( don't take the lane that goes straight on in front of you.....you might end up stuck in a pot hole! )
Carry on down towards the lake and across the dam then straight up the road the other side ( don't fork right ). Thornlea is the bungalow on the right.
